Scientists of such departments as Engineering Geodesy, Cadaster and Land Management, Geoinformatics and Photogrammetry are involved in international projects for many years.
From 1948 to 2009 the Faculty curated the project, related to the development of Ukrainian education standards in “Surveying and Land Management” in close cooperation with scientists from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm (Sweden). At the same time faculty students as well as students from Kyiv, Lviv, Donetsk, Kharkiv, Odesa universities were working on their Master’s thesis in “Land Management” in Stockholm.

The Faculty served as a national curator of Tempus IV project “Development of Education in Land Management in Macedonia and Ukraine” (Macedonia, Poland, Finland, Sweden and Ukraine) and the curator of the international project Visby “Capacity Building for Sustainable Urban Planning and Development in Lithuania, Russia, Sweden and Ukraine “.
In these projects lectures and post-graduate students of the Faculty were trained in European universities (Sweden, Poland, Finland, Macedonia).
Six international seminars were held based on performed studies.

The cooperation agreement in the educational space between the Department of Geoinformatics and Photogrammetry of KNUCA and the Institute of Applied Photogrammetry and Geoinformatics of Jade University was concluded in 2013, which provides for preparation and conducting of joint conferences, presentations, seminars, internships and professional development as well as student exchange projects to improve the quality of education in the field of photogrammetry and GIS.

Besides, the Faculty cooperates with the Institute of Applied Sciences of Oldenburg (Germany), Vilnius University of Technology (Lithuania), and Czech Technical University (Czech Republic).
Scientists of the Faculty are participants of the International Society for Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing and the International Federation of Surveyors.
