Shpakov Andrii – Vice-rector for educational and methodical work of Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture, Candidate of Technical Sciences, Associate Professor, Associate Professor, Associate Professor of Management in Construction Department, has two higher educations. Appointed from November 1, 2021.
He graduated from the Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture, majoring in “Industrial and Civil Engineering” and “Economics”. After his dissertation at the Department of Organization and Management of Construction in 2005, he taught disciplines at the Department of Management in Construction, engaged in practical activities in the field of construction, education, and community service. The path from student to teacher, head of the educational department, vice-rector took 25 years. During this time, there were many projects, objects of construction, innovative ideas, events, and interesting people. The staff of the native department of management in construction deserves special attention, united on the principles of humanity, professionalism, and mutual respect, which will always give advice in solving professional issues and will lend a hand in difficult times. Working with the staff of the educational department helped him to understand that management is not a mechanical system of subordination, but communication, opinion exchange, mutual assistance, and teamwork for the common result.
KNUCA students and teachers are a community of different but talented and creative people who can change the university and the country for the better. It is our common goal to unite and inspire them to contribute to significant results in the field of new technologies, to acquire knowledge in an atmosphere of respect for the achievement of prosperity and fame.
